PROBLEM: This room was installed as the building was completed, and walls are finished around it.  Therefore, removal for repair was not an option.  If left unchecked, the corrosion would quickly destroy the floor.  Even galvanized steel is subject to corrosion damage.

SOLUTION: Contractor prepares existing galvanized steel floor by vacuum grinding.  This will remove corrosion and provide optimal surface adhesion for the industrial grade, high-performance polymer repair coating.

PRODUCT DETAILS: Belzona 3921 was recommended to the customer due to its outstanding corrosion resistance. It has a high zinc content, making it a superior primer.  Belzona 3121 was selected as the final coating for its flexibility, durability, and quick cure time.  A completely seamless liner replaces the failed galvanized treatment.  This repair will ensure a long and trouble-free service life for the refrigerated room.
