PROBLEM: Customer's floor was sinking. This area was causing a trip hazard during the day and a pothole to catch forktrucks at night.

SOLUTION: The cause of the sinkage was determined, concrete substrate was removed and excavated to the dirt foundation. Once the area of the sink was excavated, a rebar grid was welded into place, tied into the existing rebar grid before applying an epoxy floor rebuild system.
