PROBLEM: Concrete stairs had numerous hairline cracks. Cracks in concrete substrate allowed water to enter into the room below resulting in safety issues, damage to equipment and mold formation.
SOLUTION: Contractor removed deteriorated concrete and applied Belzona Magma Screed. This solution was suggested due to excellent wear properties associated with the Belzona product.
