Belzona 1111

A two component repair and rebuilding material based on a ceramic steel reinforced polymer system. Super Metal does not require any special tools to apply. It will bond to almost any surface and can be machined using conventional tools.

Belzona 1121

Two component paste grade repair and rebuilding material with an extended working life that provides greater time for mixing and application. Based on a ceramic steel reinforced polymer system, it is designed for applications where accurate alignment or placement of large volumes of material is required.

Belzona 1131

A two component paste grade system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with graphite and high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers. When cured, the material is fully machinable and possesses self lubricating properties and porosity. For use on low friction surfaces subject to intermittent contact where specific loads are low.

Belzona 1151

Repair system designed for rebuilding shallow pitting in metals damaged by erosion-corrosion.

Belzona 1161

Water and oil tolerant paste grade repair system for repairing and rebuilding machinery and equipment.

Belzona 1212

A two component paste grade repair system. Rapid curing and a high level of tolerance to surface contamination – ideally suited where grit blasting can not be achieved and when surface preparation is minimal or if substrate is heaviliy contaminated with oil or water.

Belzona 1221

A rapidly solidifying repair system for emergency and permanent bondings, repairing or rebuilding of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. 1221 is urethane based technology.

Belzona 1251

A single component paste grade system based on a silicon steel alloy blended with a heat activated resin. When cured, the material is durable and corrosion resistant. Designed to be applied to hot surfaces 158-302ºF.

Belzona 1311

A two component, non-machinable grade material based on a silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers. The system is designed for rebuilding metals and offers protection against the effects of erosion-corrosion. Ideally suited to be overcoated with Belzona 1321.

Belzona 1321

A two component, non-machinable grade material based on a silicon steel alloy blended with high molecular weight reactive polymers and oligomers. The system is designed for resurfacing metals and offers protection against the effects of erosion-corrosion in fluid flow systems.

Belzona 1331

Two-component solvent free sprayable coating system designed to operate under continuous immersion at temperatures up to 122⁰F, Will not shrink, expand or distort – has up to 24 hour ovecoat window.

Belzona 1341

A two component, drinking water certified coating system for improving the efficiency of fluid handling systems and protecting metals from the effects of erosion-corrosion.

Belzona 1341N

A two-component fluid grade system for protecting immersed surfaces suffering from erosion-corrosion at operating temperatures up to 140 °F (60 °C), for improving the efficiency of fluid handling equipment, for structural bonding, and for creating irregular load bearing shims with good electrical insulation properties.

Belzona 1381

Two-component solvent free sprayable coating system designed to operate under continuous immersion at temperatures up to 203⁰F, Will not shrink, expand or distort – has up to 24 hour ovecoat window. Two (2) coats recommended.

Belzona 1391S

Coating system for high temperature equipment handling water and aqueous solutions. Also used as a high strength structural adhesive for bonding or for creation of irregular load bearing shims with good electrical insulation characteristics. Spray application formulation

Belzona 1391T

Coating system for high temperature equipment handling water and aqueous solutions. Also used as a high strength structural adhesive for bonding or for creation of irregular load bearing shims with good electrical insulation characteristics. Technical formulation.

Belzona 1392

A two-component high temperature coating systems designed to resist water and pressurized steam up to a temperature of 248°F and to exhibit excellent erosion-corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures.

Belzona 1511

High temperature repair system designed for rebuilding metals damaged by erosion-corrosion.

Belzona 1523

Two-component, spray applied, high temperature coating suitable for continuous immersion in aqueous/hydrocarbon systems up to 284⁰F. Also suitable for steaming out up to 410⁰F.

Belzona 1593

Two-component, hand applied, high temperature coating, suitable for continuous immersion in aqueous/hydrocarbon systems up to 320⁰F. Also suitable for steaming out up to 410⁰F.

Belzona 1811

Coating for repairing and protecting surfaces against abrasive attack. A slightly more flexible system, offering better impact protection. Has a greater slump resistance, so can be built up in thicker layers (up to 1″) on vertical/overhead areas. Generally better protection for large particles (stones, rocks).

Belzona 1812

Coating for repairing and protecting surfaces against abrasive attack. Generally better heat resistance and slightly better chemical resistance than 1811. Generally better protection for fine particles (powders). Offers faster cure than 1811, if downtime is an issue.

Belzona 1813

Two-component repair and protective coating for surfaces subject to abrasive attack at elevated temperatures (up to 200⁰F) and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. Will not shrink, distort or expand and does not corrode.

Belzona 1814

Three-component repair system for protecting large surface application areas subject to abrasive attack. 1814 can withstand dry abrasion up to 158F and bond to all rigid sutstrates.

Belzona 1818

Two-component fast curing (can experience full mechanical loading after 2 hours), surface tolerant, abrasion resistant system ideal for patch repairs on surfaces subject to high erosion and abrasive environments. This product can be applied and cured underwater, can be applied irectly onto manually prepared, wet or oil contaminated surfaces.

Belzona 1821

Is a fluid grade grip system used to bond Belzona 9211 and Belzona 9231 to the surface of machinery and equipment. Is solvent free and low odor and is durable, with excellent adhesion, wear and chemical resistance.

Belzona 1981

SuperWrap II – Winter Grade – designed for colder climates, can be applied between 41F and 68F. Once cured, it resists temperatures up to 140F.
